Play Therapy

We offer both Child Centred Play Therapy and Directed Play Therapy.
Child-Centered Play Therapy is a gentle, child-led approach where therapists use play to help kids express emotions, build confidence, and work through challenges in a safe and supportive space.
Directed play therapy is a structured approach where the therapist takes an active role in guiding the session to address specific goals. The therapist selects play activities, introduces themes, or uses specific tools (like games, or art supplies) to help the child work through challenges, learn new skills, or process difficult emotions. This method is often used to target particular issues, such as trauma, anxiety, or behavioral concerns, while still allowing for creativity and engagement in a supportive environment.
