Meet Rose
Rose is a compassionate and client-centered therapist who provides affordable therapy for adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression. Clients often appreciate her calm and supportive presence, which helps create a space where they feel heard, validated, and able to explore challenges at their own pace.

Rose has completed a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and is a Licensed Counselling Therapist–Candidate (LCT-C). She works collaboratively with clients to better understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours while developing practical tools to support well-being.

Her work is grounded in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while also incorporating insights from Polyvagal Theory and body-awareness practices. Rose’s approach focuses on helping clients build resilience, manage stress, and develop coping strategies that support lasting change.

In addition to individual therapy, Rose also works with couples who are looking to improve communication, better understand one another’s perspectives, and strengthen their relationship. She provides a supportive space where partners can explore patterns in their interactions and develop healthier ways of connecting.

Rose believes therapy should feel personalized and respectful of each person’s unique experiences. She aims to create a supportive environment where clients can develop greater self-awareness, strengthen their sense of agency, and move toward the changes they hope to see in their lives.

Rose currently offers virtual evening appointments for adults and couples.
