Meet Lyvia
Lyvia completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She brings a warm, eclectic, and deeply relational approach to her work with teens and adults. Rooted in her background in socio-anthropology, she holds genuine curiosity about identity, culture, and the complex ways we make meaning of our experiences — including the ones that have left a mark.
Her practice weaves together Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and IFS-informed parts work, offering both practical tools for daily life and space to explore what's happening at a deeper level. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship patterns, trauma, or a sense of being stuck, Lyvia meets you with compassion and without judgment.
Lyvia has completed EMDR training and has experience supporting individuals impacted by trauma and sexual violence. She collaborates with clients to build insight and resilience in a space that feels safe, grounded, and genuinely human.
