
Meet Jessica
Jessica is an experienced, thoughtful, and deeply attuned therapist who brings over a decade of experience in education and school counselling to her clinical work.
With a strong background supporting children and youth, Jessica has a natural ability to build trusting relationships and create spaces where clients feel safe, understood, and supported.
Jessica holds a Master of Counselling Psychology and is a Licensed Counselling Therapist–Candidate (LCT-C) and Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC). Her work is grounded in a client-focused, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach. She integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, and emotion regulation skills to support children and teens, while also working with adults navigating anxiety, stress, depression, grief, and life transitions.
Clients often describe Jessica as compassionate, and easy to talk to. She is committed to meeting people where they are and moving at a pace that feels right for each individual. Her goal is to create a non-judgmental, supportive space where clients of all ages can explore their thoughts and feelings, build coping skills, and develop greater confidence and emotional awareness.
