Clients often describe Jessica as compassionate, and easy to talk to. She is committed to meeting people where they are and moving at a pace that feels right for each individual. Her goal is to create a non-judgmental, supportive space where clients of all ages can explore their thoughts and feelings, build coping skills, and develop greater confidence and emotional awareness.
