Supervision of LCT-Candidates

Supporting sustainable practice through skill-building, reflection, and embodiment.
I offer clinical supervision for LCT-Candidates working toward full licensure. I bring a collaborative and grounded approach that blends clinical skill development with space to explore ethical considerations, personal reflections, and the evolving identity of a therapist.
Supervision is offered in a flexible format, including individual, dyadic, and group options. Candidates are invited to choose the combination of formats that best fits their learning style, goals, and licensing requirements.
Supervision sessions draw on multiple frameworks, including the developmental model, competency-based supervision, and a person-centred relational lens.
I also integrate embodiment and nervous system awareness, supporting therapist well-being and sustainable practice. Whether you're navigating challenging cases, growing in confidence, or seeking clarity around your approach, supervision can be a supportive place to land.
Supervision of Practicum Interns

At 3 Rivers Counselling, we offer a collaborative and supportive clinical supervision experience for students pursuing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (Yorkville University) or a Master of Education in Counselling (UNB Fredericton).
Each term, we welcome one practicum intern into a structured yet flexible learning environment, where emerging therapists receive guidance, feedback, and hands-on experience.
Supervision includes:
-
A blend of individual and dyadic supervision tailored to your learning needs
-
Opportunities to build clinical skills, explore ethics, and grow professional identity
-
Support in balancing the art and business of therapy
Interns are expected to commit to at least two partial in-person days per week, along with virtual client hours from home.
Our supervision model is built on trust, reflection, and ethical practice, with a strong foundation in education and mental health. Interns who demonstrate strong clinical skills and rapport may be invited to continue at 3 Rivers after placement.
