
Meet Erin

Erin is a Licensed Counselling Therapist (LCT-C) and Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) who offers thoughtful, strengths-based therapy to adolescents and adults. Her approach is collaborative, grounded in evidence-based care, and focused on helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, stress, and OCD.

Erin is trained in EMDR and draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and somatic-based tools to help clients feel more regulated, confident, and connected. She has a special interest in working with individuals experiencing obsessive-compulsive patterns, as well as those navigating ADHD, perfectionism, and self-doubt.

With a background in psychology and experience supporting students in school settings, Erin brings both compassion and practical perspective to her work. Clients describe her as calm, curious, and steady—someone who helps make change feel possible.

She offers both in-person and virtual therapy, making it easier for clients to access the support they need.
