Meet Elly
Elly is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), holding a Master's in Counselling Psychology and a Master's in Education — and she is currently advancing her practice further through doctoral studies. With two decades of experience spanning clinical and educational settings, she brings both depth and genuine warmth to her work.
Elly spent many years working directly with autistic youth in educational environments, and that hands-on experience shapes everything about how she shows up with clients today. She understands neurodiversity not as a deficit to be managed, but as a different way of moving through the world — and she brings that lens to supporting neurodiverse individuals and families with practical tools alongside real insight.
Her approach is holistic and client-centred, drawing eclectically from ACT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Person-Centred, Narrative, Strengths-Based, and CBT frameworks. She works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, stress, and neurodiversity — including autism, ADHD, and learning differences.
Elly offers virtual therapy across Canada, creating a compassionate and grounded space where clients feel supported to grow at their own pace.
