Therapy Session (In-Person or Virtual)
A therapy session can range from supportive to goal oriented and I will work with you to find the right fit. I will meet you with a warm and empathic approach that is supported by evidence-based interventions. I always want you to know what we are doing and why it works, and to empower you to make the changes you want. This is your time! Your collaboration and feedback help to shape these sessions.

I like to offer the option of a traditional hour-long session, or a 30 minute check in. The 30 minute check in works well with children and teens, as well as adults who have been feeling successful in our work together and would like to keep their momentum going with ongoing check-ins.
