Spring Sessions

Now offering live classes in St Stephen.

In this class we will combine breath and movement to support and settle your nervous system helping to bring more calm and enhanced focus to your day.  This class is designed with all bodies in mind.  You will be invited to explore a variety of options and to choose the movement that fits for you.

Cost: $120

Dates:  Monday at 9am starting Mar. 27th

Requirements:  Yoga mat (Optional - any props your enjoy)

Location: 166 Milltown Blvd

Class requires minimum 6 to run. If space allows, once class is running, drop-ins will be welcome.
